Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of Run4Why. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are deliberately written in plain English.
Who We Are
Run4Why is operated by Corleh LLC ("Run4Why", "we", "us"). The coaching platform lives at app.run4why.com. You can reach us at tom@corleh.com.
Health and Safety — Read This One
Run4Why provides training plans, not medical advice. Coach Tommy is an AI-assisted coaching service, and neither it nor Coach Tom is your physician.
Consult a doctor before beginning any training programme, particularly if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are returning from injury or illness, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Training plans are recommendations, not instructions. If a session feels wrong, if you are in pain, or if something hurts in a way that is not ordinary training discomfort, stop and seek proper medical advice. Do not train through an injury because an app scheduled it.
You participate in physical activity at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corleh LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your training.
Your Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Run4Why.
- Provide accurate information. A plan built on inaccurate inputs may be unsafe.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person.
Subscriptions and Payment
- Paid coaching tiers are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change, and we will give notice before any change affects you.
- If the service has not worked for you, contact us — we would rather resolve a refund than leave you unhappy.
Connected Services
Connecting Strava, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook Calendar is entirely optional, and each is governed by that provider's own terms in addition to these. We access only what is described in our Privacy Policy, and only until you disconnect.
When we add training sessions to your calendar, we only create, modify, or delete events that Run4Why itself created. We never alter or remove your own events.
Acceptable Use
- Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute plans or content from the service.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not use Run4Why to coach others commercially without our written agreement.
Your Content
Your training data, notes, and check-ins belong to you. You grant us the licence necessary to operate the service on your behalf — storing your data, processing it, and generating plans from it. We claim no ownership beyond that, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Service Availability
We work to keep Run4Why running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you notice and a means of exporting your data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corleh LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending Your Account
You may close your account at any time by emailing tom@corleh.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use Run4Why after a change means you accept it.
