What is your WHY?
Personalized coaching for runners looking for a why!
Run4Why was created by Coach Tom Walsh to help people like himself. Tom returned to running in his 50s when he signed up to run the New York City Marathon for a charity to support his friend. Now he helps endurance runners who are looking for either training advice and counsel as well as tips and tricks for fundraising.
If you are over 40, running your first marathon or running your first marathon with a charity, you found the right place. Coach Tom has run over 10 marathons since 2019 and his charity has raised over $500,000 in that time.
He is a certified run coach with USATF and RRCA.

Run4Why: Find Your Why
This is me running the Tokyo Marathon for Fred's Team, a cancer charity. At Run4Why, we empower older runners to achieve their goals through personalized coaching and support, inspired by our own journeys. And running for a charity is not only fulfilling, but it can be daunting to be on the hook to raise thousands of dollars if you have never done so before.
We can help with both.
